PREPARATION
- 1 Packet New Moon Rendang Paste (100g)
- 350g chicken or meat of your choice (cut into chunks)
- 150ml of water
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- In a heated pan, stir-fry paste with chicken for 1 min.
- Add water, mix well and boil for 1-2 mins.
- Lower heat and simmer for 20-25 mins or until meat is cooked and sauce has reduced to desired consistency.
- Ready to serve. Enjoy!
