New Moon Herbal Bak Kut Teh Recipe (4-5 Servings)

PREPARATION

• 1 Packet New Moon Bak Kut Teh Herbal (2 herbal bags)
• 1kg meat of your choice
• 2-3 whole garlic
• 1500ml water

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bring water, garlic and herbal bags to boil
2. Add in meat and continue to boil.
3. Lower the heat and simmer for approximately 1 hr and serve.
